Overview of PaperCut

  • SCTC utilizes PaperCut to centralize printing for large office areas.  The PaperCut printer can print, copy, scan, and fax (if configured).  

 

  • When you print, you will select a color or B&W printer queue to use and submit your print request. 
    • Your print job will not be printed until you enter in your code to code at the printer to release the print job. 
    • This ensures the security of your prints.

 

  • You can also scan/copy documents by entering your code at the printer. 
    • Copies/scans can be:
      • printed 
      • emailed to your inbox 
      • saved to your OneDrive folder
      • saved to a USB drive
      • faxed (if configured)
