How to a send a print job to a PaperCut printer

1. Open a document as usual and print the document

2. A typical print dialog box will look like the image below.  (Note:  Printer dialog boxes vary for each application)

3. By default, the Staff BW Printer will be selected

• IMPORTANT: Some print dialog boxes may allow you to select Color printing when the Staff BW printer is selected. (See red arrow in image above)
• The Staff BW printer will only print in grayscale. To print in color, you must select the Staff Color printer
   

4. If you need to print color, you will need to select the  Staff Color printer:

• Click on the Destination drop down box
• Click See more... to list all printers
• Select Staff Color to select the color printer queue
