Starting 11/1/2024, when accessing Concur, you will need to setup MultiFactor Authentication (MFA).  The preferred app at SCTC for authentication is the Okta Authenticator App.  The Okta Authenticator App is free and can be installed on your smart phone by visiting the app store for your device.  As of now, there is still an option to receive a one-time email link to login that does not require Okta. 

Setting up MFA on Concur Using the Okta Authenticator App

1. Login to Concur using your username

2. You will receive a notice to setup MFA and an email will be sent to your email address associated with your Concur account

3. Use your desktop computer and click on the link in the email it will display a QR Code

4. Open the Okta Authenticator App on your phone.

5. Click the + sign to add a new account

6. Select Organization

7. Click Skip when asked to add Account from Another Device

8. Click Yes Ready to Scan on the next screen, and use your phone to scan the QR code on your computer monitor

9. Enter the code listed on your app for Step 3 of the Concur MFA setup. 

10. The next time you login to Concur, you will enter your username and password and it will then ask to the Okta Code to complete the login.
